| Larry started his law career in 1983 as a deputy district attorney in the
Boulder County (Colorado) District Attorney's Office. Larry's career as a
deputy prosecutor included extensive work in the area of civil
confiscation/forfeiture and assault, theft, robbery, burglary and other
serious felony matters.
In 1990 Larry left the Boulder County District Attorney's Office to begin
his own private law practice. Cases handled by Larry since 1990 have
reflected on his desire to maintain a courtroom type practice focusing
on the goal of obtaining civil and criminal justice.
Larry also serves as the Associate Municipal Judge for the City
of Louisville, Colorado.

The firm is proud of its association with Bob Simpson, a seasoned former
elected District Attorney from Tioga County, New York with over 29 years
of prosecution experience, a 90% conviction rate, and homicide trial
experience.
In 1995 Bob successfully prosecuted Waneta Hoyt for the murder of her
five infant children who were originally believed to have died from
Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), a prosecution, which was later
memorialized in a book, titled
The Death of Innocents.
Bob has enjoyed his transition to both the Colorado lifestyle and the worthy
and exciting effort involved in seeking justice from the criminal and civil
justice systems.
